Ingredients:
4 2oz cups of Original Aveyo Mayo
2 cups all-purpose flour
1 1/2 cups sugar
1 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 cup water
1 tablespoon lemon zest
2 tablespoons lemon juice
DIRECTIONS:
Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease and flour a 9x13-inch baking pan.
In a large bowl, combine flour, sugar, baking soda, and salt.
Stir in the Aveyo mayo, water, lemon zest, and lemon juice until well blended.
Pour the batter into the prepared pan.
Bake for 30-35 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
Let the cake cool before serving. Optionally, you can frost the cake with lemon glaze or dust it with powdered sugar.
