Ingredients

  • 2 2oz cups Aveyo Original Mayo

  • 2 English muffins, split and toasted

  • 4 slices cooked bacon

  • 2 fried or scrambled eggs

  • Salt and pepper to taste

DIRECTIONS

  1. Spread Aveyo Original Mayo on each half of the toasted English muffins.

  2. Layer with bacon, avocado slices, and eggs.

  3. Season with salt and pepper.

  4. Assemble the sandwiches and serve immediately.
