Ingredients
1 2 oz cup of Aveyo original mayo
2 slices of bread or bagel halves, toasted
2 slices of cooked bacon
1 egg, cooked to your preference
1 slice of tomato
Lettuce leaves
Salt and pepper
DIRECTIONS
Spread mayonnaise on the bread or bagel halves.
Layer with bacon, egg, tomato, and lettuce.
Assemble the sandwich and enjoy.
