Ingredients

  • 1 2 oz cup of Aveyo original mayo

  • 2 slices of bread or bagel halves, toasted

  • 2 slices of cooked bacon

  • 1 egg, cooked to your preference

  • 1 slice of tomato

  • Lettuce leaves

  • Salt and pepper

DIRECTIONS

  1. Spread mayonnaise on the bread or bagel halves.

  2. Layer with bacon, egg, tomato, and lettuce.
