Ingredients

  • 2 2oz cups Aveyo Chipotle Mayo

  • 2 flatbreads or naan

  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved

  • 1/2 cup fresh basil leaves

  • 1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded

  • Salt and pepper to taste

DIRECTIONS

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).

  2. Spread Aveyo Chipotle Mayo on each flatbread.

  3. Top with cherry tomatoes, fresh basil leaves, and shredded mozzarella cheese.

  4. Season with salt and pepper.

  5. Bake for 10-12 minutes or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.

  6. Drizzle with balsamic glaze if desired.

  7. Serve warm.
