Ingredients
2 2oz cups Aveyo Chipotle Mayo
2 slices of whole-grain bread, toasted
2 poached or fried eggs
Salt and pepper to taste
Red pepper flakes (optional)
Fresh chives, chopped (optional)
DIRECTIONS
Spread Aveyo Chipotle Mayo evenly on the toasted bread slices.
Place a poached or fried egg on each slice of toast.
Season with salt, pepper, and red pepper flakes if desired.
Garnish with fresh chives.
Serve immediately.
